Pelamos la calabaza y la cortamos en dados.
Preparamos una fuente para el horno, ponemos papel y encima los dados de calabaza.
Rociamos con aceite y lo dejamos cocer durante 20 minutos a 180 grados.
Añadimos semillas de sésamo (opcional) y dejamos unos 10 minutos más.
Retiramos la calabaza del horno y añadimos queso feta , un poco de miel y mezclamos. •

PUMPKIN PIE PROTEIN BALLS! || Calling all pumpkin lovers! Seriously as a busy lady and a new mama, these are heaven because they’re just so darn easy to make and then...pop right in my mouth. Not only do they take five minutes but they’re perfect this time of year! I love how healthy they are plus getting in extra protein + healthy fats with the Brazil nuts (loaded with selenium). Kid friendly & Nutritionist approved! Enjoy. 🎃
1 cup oats
1 scoop @nowfoodsofficial organic whey protein powder
1/2 cup organic peanut butter
1/2 cup organic pumpkin purée
2 tbs raw honey or pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup @nowfoodsofficial Brazil nuts or other nuts like pecans or walnuts work too
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients (except the nuts) until well combined. Spoon into your hand and roll into balls. Place in the refrigerator until firm, about an hour. Chop the nuts in a small bowl and then press protein balls in until they stick. Then roll again until all is secure. Enjoy!

1-MINUTE CACAO MUG PANCAKE 🥞 That is gluten/dairy/soy/egg-free and literally takes ONE MINUTE. That’s it. 🙌
I came up with this pancake-mug-cake-fusion hack bc I just didn’t feel like whipping out the pan and doing the whole pancake deal. 🙊 So I poured everything into a mug, whisked it well, and cooked it in the microwave. Boom. DONE. 💁♀️
WHAT WENT DOWN:
• 1 serving (35g) dry @birchbenders GF pancake/waffle mix
• 1/2 Tbsp cacao powder
• 1/2 tsp @lakantosweetener monk-fruit granulated sweetener (can sub stevia, honey, or maple syrup)
• enough water to make it a semi-thick batter
Whisk it all together till well combined. Cook on high in the microwave for 1 min, checking at around 45 seconds. Pop out on to a plate (or eat it right out of the bowl) and top with sliced banana, cacao nibs, + @beekeepers_naturals raw cacao honey. 🍯
