My favorite trail mix.
1/4 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup roasted salted edamame
1/4 cup dried cranberries ~2 tablespoonfuls chocolate chunks
Shake it all up in a container. Take it places and eat it. Makes 2-3 servings.
Now let’s be clear. No, I don’t “activate” the walnuts. The soy isn’t going to give me breast cancer. I don’t panic because the cranberries are sweetened. And the only reason there’s less chocolate than other ingredients is that otherwise, the chocolate flavor takes over.
