I just cooked the oatmeal in water in the microwave for 2 minutes and then topped with the peach, walnuts, goji berries, and the nut butter (I love these little packets because it’s my way of sampling nut butters) 😋

I’m not a huge snacker, but if it involves Peanut Butter 🥜 I’m in baby! I’ve been having this as a snack before I go to Muay Thai since my lessons are kind of later on in the day and it definitely gives me the energy that I need. Rice cakes are so versatile you can seriously put so many things on them!

Been craving a GOOD, chewy gingerbread cookie lately and have had zero luck with that. So I decided to just make my preworkout energy bites with @wild_friends seasonal PB. This PB is good but definitely a lot by itself. Still on the search for that gingerbread 🍪.

Thanks to my friend Sara I have a new obsession...Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter from Wild Friends. She bought me some about a month ago and it's all I can talk about. I used it in my overnight oats and would occasionally eat a spoon full (or maybe actually more often than I'd like to admit). I was sooooo sad when it was all gone. I wouldn't stop talking about how much I liked it, so Jason bought me three more. We just got home from vacation and currently have a mouth full. It’s finally starting to feel like fall🍁🍂 My dad came down yesterday and we went grocery shopping after dinner (gotta take any opportunity I get to not take the bus!) so I picked up some new treats and ingredients to try👌🏽 I made these chocolate cinnamon overnight oats, and topped them off with a banana, pb, mini dark chocolate chips, and some chocolate granola 🤤
1/2 cup of old fashioned oats + 1/2 unsweetened vanilla almond milk + 1 teaspoon dark chocolate cocoa powder + 1 teaspoon of cinnamon // mix it up and store in the fridge overnight! // I used Wild Friends PB and Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Sea Salt granola 🤗

Decided to switch up my usual breakfast (either PB toast or overnight oats) and make a smoothie bowl! This one is Chocolate Peanut Butter because I’ve never been a fan of blended fruit 😷😷 Refreshingly sweet for this hot day😊
1 frozen banana (however I just used a regular banana with a cup of ice) + 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk (my favorite is vanilla!) + tablespoon of Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa powder +tablespoon of PB // I topped this off with another banana, some Purely Elizabeth Granola, chia seeds, and more peanut butter 😍❤️

I like to have energy bites ready for before I workout since I go so early. I threw these together and they actually turned out good, I think it’s mainly because of the @wild_friends PB topping tho 😍 I posted the recipe on the blog!
I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER!! Not only is it a good source of healthy fats and protein but you can put this on pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, shakes, toast, eat it w/ fruit, make energy balls...the possibilities are endless😍
There's a lot of different brands of peanut butters, but I go for the ones with minimal ingredients (by minimal I mean literally only peanuts and salt) to make sure I'm getting all the good stuff without the bad stuff (hydrogenated oils, added sugar, etc). Just remember to read the nutrition labels to know exactly what you're putting in your body 🤔💪🏽
I always reach for Wild Friends PB, but generic store brands also do the trick! 🤗
