We’ve been treating ourselves with this goodie for the past week or so, and with this formula we’ve actually got to use it as a meal substitute sometimes, with no extra cravings 🍭

Triple Berry Banana protein Smoothie
1 cup filtered water
1 medium 🍌
1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp frozen sea buckthorn berries
2 Tbsp Black Chia Seeds
2 tsp raw 🐝 pollen
1 Tbsp raw hemp protein powder
1 tsp honey
A mix of Iron, Calcium, Vitamin A and C, low in fats, it even has around 10 gr. of protein, so it will keep you full until it is the right time for a snack.
It is of great help if you are transitioning to a low sugar diet. Step by step you can use half of a banana, or a quarter, or at all and then you can work on leaving out the honey as well.
