Verrrrry basic lunch! 😊 This is about as good as my lunches get when I’m at work! 🤷🏼♀️I’m more of a breakfast person and would rather fill up in the morning then have a big lunch! Just 2 ryvitas with tuna mayo for topping and a light greek yoghurt for 1 syn 😁 using a total of 6 syns 🌟 #slimmingworld
Back to the breakfast of oats, yogurt and fruit!🍓
#Tuesdaytransformation in progress.
My man vince is down 17lbs in 6 weeks. Not typical but for sure possible. He went all in on the level up challenge. So funny story, or kinda... Ive known vince since we were 15. I was jealous of my dude and really salty because we would make the AAA team and my salty ass got cut (twice). Once he pitched against me and purposely threw at me😒. Fast forward a few years, we end up on the same team making a playoff run. We got to talking, I put my ego aside and offered my help after he had mentioned he wanted to get back to his best self. & Today we are celebrating MY DUDE! he also decided to become an ambassador🔥🔥 we are hella blessed!
Grateful for another day! My life may not be perfect but I am alive and I have my family, a job, roof over my head, and that's a blessing in itself!
Last week I exercised on Monday and then didn't work out again until Saturday. It's SO easy to get lazy and get sucked back into the couch. I had to make a conscious effort to run a 5k on a Saturday but I knew as soon as I did I'd be back in the right mindset. @erikashannonmovement and @cecemarizu (@dailyburn) and meal planning are just what I needed to get my butt back in gear!
Good morning Tuesday! Sorry I was MIA yesterday. Had appointments and a sick toddler and puppy to deal with yesterday. .
So much harder to eat on days where I am so busy. Got my fluids in and a few bites of food here and there. Having the sleeve surgery definitively has impacted my eating habits and lack there of. It's a goal I'm working towards.
Today is a better day, I will eat my meals so that I can work out to my full potential this evening at the gym. .
Hope everyone had a great Monday!
I thought I had said goodbye to 7.5 pound dumbbells forever! Boy, I was WRONG. .
The thing about strength is that it isn’t how heavy you’re able to lift. It’s about how mentally strong you are and how you can focus to push yourself through a workout. .
Without my accountability group, I am WEAK. But since I know I have people counting on me to check in, it makes me push harder and get shit done! .
My next group starts November 5! DM me for details! ❤️❤️
I just read a study that was done by Cornell University...
The study showed that holiday weight gain starts in OCTOBER!!
The study went on to say that in the US, weight gain peaked about 10 days after Christmas. About half the weight came off quickly after the holiday season, but the other half? It stayed with participants for FIVE MONTHS!!
I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to fight a couple pounds for five months!
I’ve got a plan for myself to stay on top of “holiday gain” this year!
You want in?
Message me!! Let’s fight this together!!
@enterprise team going through there dynamic warm up, preparing for the session ahead!!
Thought I’d chuck a transformation picture up to spur me on as I smell the fried chicken goodness that is currently filling the staff room! Does anyone else work with people who constantly munch really bad foods EVERYDAY but still stay really skinny?! Kills me that I was born with the ‘get fat from eating a KitKat’ genes..😳👌🏻😂
400th post! ....and I finally figured out how to smile... sort of... 😁
This year has been a real game changer for me.... 10 solid months of working out 5/6 times a week 🔥💪👊
That consistency has been the key for me... it's impossible to make progress when you start and stop all the time... and constantly 'drawing a line' under things when it all goes wrong
Stop making excuses... stop drawing lines... be accountable for your own actions... you either want it or you don't.... and if you do then you need to FIGHT for it with every breath in your body! If you don't then walk away... stop kidding yourself, you will truly be so much HAPPIER if you just embrace that this is not for you... do what makes you HAPPY 😁❤
But if you DO want this.. what happens when it gets too tough.. when the pain kicks in and it feels like you can't push anymore... when it seems so much easier to sit on your ass and binge.. what will you do? 🤔
Every time you give in to those thoughts and quit... it makes you weaker... every excuse you make to yourself and buy into it... drags you further away from where you WANT to be...
And I get it... believe me I get it... I spent enough time doing all of this myself and it took me a long time to figure it all out... to find the strength of mind to finally push myself past my perceived limits... and that's why I'm writing this...
...I'm writing this in the hope that just one person managed to read this far down my post... that this struck a chord with them and gives them the kick up the arse they've been waiting for... and if this is you reading this... then good luck! It TOUGH.. it's HARD.. but believe me it is such an AMAZING feeling to get where you have been wanting to be for so god damn long! ...now put down the phone and GO GET IT!🔥💪👊

FULL BODY SPLIT🏋️ by
Follow for daily fitness and motivation content 🔥🔥🔥
🔥I feel I may get a lot of confused comments on this one so please read the full caption before commenting. A Full Body split is the most optimal way to train IF you can only go gym 3 times per week, which I know a lot of people only can. If you can go 4 or 5 times a week I’d recommend some variation of an upper/lower or push/pull/legs split🤙
🤔However, Full Body training can still be very useful, especially for beginners to intermediates. Advanced lifters may struggle in hitting their MEV, using this split, but for a beginner this shouldn’t be a problem. As well as this, the split can be great for developing strength. The principle of specificity simply states that to get better at a given task, you must perform that task. As obvious as it sounds, this can have great implications in strength increases (Wilson et al., 1996). A full body split normally leads to you performing some form of squat, bench and deadlift 3 times a week, thus aiding in strength development💪
🔬Finally, if you have some concerns with training volume of certain muscle groups (particularly arms and delts), they are activated quite a lot in most compounds, with EMG data verifying this (Saeterbakken et al., 2017, Youdas et al., 2010). This split also allows for an extra isolation day of arms and delts if needs be, with most people training Monday, Wednesday and Friday on this split. These sessions can take time, but from anecdotal experience, it is a very fun way to train and is even endorsed by some professional bodybuilders (Alberto Nunez etc)🔥

Meet Mrs. Dhanashri Deo
"For the last few years, as a housewife, I was not keen on good health," she says. And this was true. When she came to us first, she was overweight, and unable to walk even half a ilometer without feeling breathless. Her weight gain was not sudden; it had been a gradual process over the years, which she thought had become her tenancy.
One of the things we want to know from our clients is 'why they want to lose weight'. When we asked her this, she said that a few months back, her mother-in-law fell ill, and her knee joint got locked. She had to be moved to the hospital. Her weight at the time was 95kg, and moving her from her bed into the Ambulance itself became extremely difficult. That's when Dhanashree said she realised something had to be done about her own weight. At the time, Dhanashree was 88kg. She tried different methods but never felt motivated enough to finish any programme.
In Dec 2017 she came to us. We did not promise her anything. We just gave her a meal plan and an exercise routine that was easy to follow, and asked her to take a feel of our programme for 15 days. But what we did diligently was we educated her every single day about why she had gained weight and how weight-loss does not have to be a permanent struggle. It can be started, finished and should not have to bother her for the rest of her life.
Slowly and steadily she lost her first 5kg, then the next 5. Her fitness levels increased along the way. Last month she completed a 5kms run in a Marathon and she said that was the point she felt liberated! Her BP medication stopped and her Migraine issue came under control.
Today she has lost 18 kg and a lady who was unable to walk for even half a km is now confident of running 5K or do a home-HIIT circuit training on any given day. And for us, we could not be happier than we are today. We are so proud of Dhanashri!
