Evening detox tea- ginger, lemon & turmeric 🍋 Lemon flushes out the kidneys to preventing kidney stones and urinary tract infections. Ginger is an anti inflammatory, fights sickness and great for any tummy issues. Turmeric is another powerful anti-inflammatory and high in antioxidants.
1 inch piece of ginger, peel & cut
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Dash of pepper to activate turmeric
1. Pour water into pot then add your ginger, pepper & turmeric. Make sure your stove is at low-medium. Boil for about 10-15 min.
2. Whisk frequently!
3. When tea is ready, remove ginger, pour into mug and add lemon
