My omnivore husband literally cleaned his plate. He asked 'what kind of sausage are these? They're good.' Waffles made with King Arthur flour, apple sauce, Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer and some flax seed for good measure, and almond milk.
The pecans are a cross between butter pecans and candied pecans to put on the waffles. It's just coconut sugar, some almond milk, and pecans simmer in a pan. Breakfast sausage by Gardein. Wish I would have made the whole bag. Nuff said.
Organic yellow grits from Nature's Path with Earth Balance butter and topped with a little grated Daiya block cheese.
Mixed fruit: apples, bananas, and grapes.
