This is why I advocate weighing yourself every day (or every other day 😂😂) and averaging it out over the course of a week.
To be perfectly transparent - I didn't follow that last week - I've been sick (just a cold of some kind - nothing huge) and I can feel myself holding onto weight and retaining fluid - so I didn't weigh myself every day.
Am I gonna get down on myself about it? No! I still ate well and trained a shittonne. I just didn't want to see the weight on the scale stay the same or increase haha. Ever forward!
