I spent so much in the month of April and I’m glad that I can physically see what I spent money on. I often make up excuses to buy something I don’t need. Majority of the time, I call my spontaneous spending “retail therapy”, which is where you shop to make yourself feel happier. It’s definitely a bad habit that I need to fix. Do you indulge in retail therapy? What are some healthy ways you do to feel better? I need advice!
