Do think about this regularly?
Do you want to keep the thought or dismiss it?
Make it a daily practice to observe your thoughts.
Otherwise you might waste a lot of time & energy on thoughts that aren’t helpful or maybe even harming.
When you catch yourself thinking negatively, ask yourself why am I thinking this? How can I transform this negative into a positive thought?
What emotions come up?
This is part of my daily self-care practice. Simply observing my thoughts during my meditations but also throughout the day.
Whenever people ask me how I can possibly do happy all the time, this is one of the things I share with them.
Happiness is not something that all of a sudden, magically comes into our lives.
Happiness is a choice.
Happiness is nourishing yourself with healthy thoughts, emotions, food & also looking at the dark sides.
Negative parts are an important part of happiness.
They need to be acknowledged & felt. •
95% of our thoughts are the same.
