#tbt to this soup I made a while back. 2 kinds of meat, tomato, onion, celery, HABANEROS and fresh spinach. It’s tough making soup sans starchy carbs, but I’m determined! #spicy .

These Chocolate dipped Toffee Butter Cookies were some of the first cookies I made when I became addicted to baking. I always loved to bake, but last year I picked up a copy of Perfect Cookies by@testkitchen and I haven’t stopped since. This was before I was turned on to IG by my beautiful, talented niece @blessedcrazytxnest. Yes, I was taking pictures of everything I made and writing them down in a book with notes about them. I know. A little OCD about that kind of stuff. I can ramble a bit, so back to these cookies. They were crispy with bits of sweet toffee inside dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with those little bits of toffee. So delicious and a bit of a showstopper with my friends, which I liked.😁
Anfang der Woche hatte ich mich mit Rosenkohl eingedeckt.....Dieses einfache Pfannengericht
besteht aus Putenbrustfilet, frischen Kartoffelspalten, Rosenkohl und ein paar Maiskörnern.
Zuerst das Putenbrustfilet anbraten, aus der Pfanne nehmen,kräftig würzen und in Streifen schneiden. In der Zwischenzeit den fertig gekochten Rosenkohl mit den Kartoffelspalten in der gleichen Pfanne anbraten und ebenfalls würzen.
Zum Schluss die Streifen vom Putenbrustfilet wieder zu den restlichen Zutaten in die Pfanne geben und Thymian hinzufügen.

The latest harvest from our allotment has just landed & this bundle of beetroot is looking amazing! 🇬🇧 Back in the Middle Ages the humble root vegetable would have been used for medicinal purposes as well as eating & in the 19th century apparently winemakers used it to add colour to their wine 😧 It’s super versatile & can be eaten raw or cooked in various different ways. Bang in season so go out & grab yourself some. DELICIOUS! 😋 #beetroot
