What are your favorite forms of self-care? How do you take care of yourself on a regular basis? HEALTHY is not just what you are putting in your mouth; it’s also what you are thinking, how you are feeling, how you manage your emotions, the people you surround yourself with, etc.
Personally, I like to make sure that I have some sort of solitude during the week. I try to write, pray, and meditate every day. These things have helped me feel less overwhelmed, and control my overthinking🤯 That’s why they have become so important to me and sort of like a habit now. We are all a work in progress and I take advantage of every day in ways to improve myself & my well being.
