Let’s be honest, how often do we say this to ourselves?☝️
But the reality is: If we aren’t making the time NOW to do all the things we truly want to do and desire.. do you honestly think we would do it if we only had a little bit more time?
Maybe, but at the end of the day, it comes down to priorities and habits. If we really want something, we make the time for it. Period.
Let’s try this: Instead of saying “I don’t have time“ try and replace it with “it’s not a priority“ - how does that feel?
“I’m not eating healthy & working out because it’s not a priority.“
“I’m not learning this new skill because it’s not a priority.“
“I’m not working harder because this job is not a priority“.
Because the truth is, if you don’t make time for it, it’s not.
I had clients with crazy busy schedules, yet they always get their meals & workouts in! How? Because it is a priority for them. They MAKE the time! They make it work regardless of their schedule.
Time is choice. If you don’t like how you’re spending it, you can choose differently. You'll know you want it bad enough when something becomes a MUST.
• I must go to the gym today, despite being tired from a busy day
• I must track my foods, even though it takes effort
• I must read more because I want to grow as a person
We’re all granted with the same amount of time. We’ll never get more and some will get less. Spend it wisely instead wishing you had more of it.❤
