Today's workout was a 4xHill repeat on the treadmill. I had a quick 10 min workout with pull ups, push ups, and squats and figured I'd knock out my hill work at the gym so I can enjoy the day after work. I did a half mile warm up, followed by 3 min of flat with 2 min of an incline (5.0 incline/10ish pace). I cant tell if my legs are tired from three days of running or if the treadmill workout was tough. I guess that's the price you pay for slacking off. Rest day tomorrow, 3 miles Friday, Farklek Saturday, and 7 miles Sunday. It feels good to be on a schedule again.
