Not gonna lie: these are really tasty. I was never a big fan of our spiced pumpkin macaroons in the past. It was always a flavor that we just did because of the season, not because I loved it. This year we totally redid the recipe and the result is a very very delicious macaroon. It's warmly spiced with ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and then rolled in some festive leaf-sprinkles. These are a real fall treat that I'm excited to share. Usually these captions are a throwaway, but this time I'm cereal. Super cereal.
