EPISODE 2: Ricard from Spain
In this episode of International Menu, I get to know and cook with Ricard from Spain.
We made a famous dish from Spain called Tortilla de Patatas.
The ingredients are very simple, as Ricard explains.
little bit of olive oil
I chat with Ricard about his home town Barcelona and he explains the best places to go. He also chats about a past time of his; being a Mime in Belgium at a carnival making people and laugh.
Ricard is in Australia working as a barista in a cafe after quitting his job as a computer coder in Spain to travel the world. He has some great tips for any new aspiring travellers out there.
I also ask him a funny translation from English to Spanish.

QOTD: Do you find the Spanish accent sexy?

Extra love for @stjude!
Made this finger-licking pig trotters terrine, mushroom escabeche, smoked and roasted garlic, pine nut, jamón ibérico vinaigrette. Thank you @mraaronbarnett for doing this.
double thanks to James and Abby
Padrón peppers 🌶️ Eating these delicious little guys can turn into a fun game some call 'Tapas Roulette' (okay, I don't know if that's true but Google is always correct, yeah?) Anyway, some are super spicy but some aren't spicy at all and there is no way of knowing until you've taken that risky bite. Now I'm a little wuss who gets others to take the first bite for me because I cannot handle spicy food AT ALL 🙅🏼♀️ I seriously can't understand how anyone can enjoy their mouth feeling on fire. Y'all are crazy 👋 #graciasabuelos#pimientosdepadron#padronpeppers
