Esta torta #salada es una bomba!!!! A m8 me recuerda al verano y a mi infancia🤗🤗🤗
Esta la rellené con muuuuchas #capas de #palta pisada con limón, tomate en rodajas, atún con mayonesa y vuelta a empezar. La terminamos con una peluca de zanahoria rallada y un poquito de mayonesa😋😋😋
Podes rellenarla como quieras! Y lo ideal es prepararla unas horas antes y guardarla en la heladera...si podés resistirte!
Para hacer los panqueques usé:
🥑3 tazas de leche
🥑1 taza 1/2 de harina 0000
🥑3 cucharadas de aceite
🥑1 poquito de spray de aceite
Primero batìs a mano los huevos y un poco de leche y vas incorporando la harina intercaladas con el resto de leche hasta formar una pasta suave. Cocinar en sartén caliente poniendo cucharadas hasta formar una fina capa de masa y cocinar vuelta y vuelta
Para el relleno:
🥑4 paltas grandes + 🍋jugo de medio limón + pizca de sal
🍅4 tomates peritas o redondos
🐟2 lata de atún lomito mezcladas con 6 cucharadas de mayonesa
🥕1 zanahoria rallada

We’ve gotten fairly fond of stuffed peppers lately. The recipe is different pretty much every time, but still generally tastes about the same.
The kids are not huge fans of the bell peppers being a big part of the meal, so for them they get the same mix but with pasta instead of being stuffed inside the bell peppers.
I tend to prefer yellow and orange bell peppers compared to the usual red and green that most people use for stuffed peppers.
It’s fun to make recipes your own and make it work for your “diet plan” and your family preferences.
What did you have for dinner? Do you change meals around for your kiddos? I don’t make two completely separate meals, but I don’t mind making some slight changes to get the kids to eat, and to keep us from too many carbs.
