The products we apply to our skin and the toxins from our food accumulate in our body and disrupt our endocrine system over time. It’s unfortunate that there aren’t regulations in place to eliminate some of the toxins we find in our products. 😢 We are left to do a ton of research on our own. One of my friends had irregular monthly cycles and was able to get back on track simply by switching her skincare products and makeup. 😳 There is so much garbage in what we are putting on our bodies that they can’t keep up with the detoxification process. .
I started reading labels five years ago when I was experiencing brain fog, lack of energy, and couldn’t keep up with my baby. I was 27 years old.
