🔥1. Alt toe reach 10/side
🔥 2. Slo-mo p-ups 10 (imma be real rn...i could not do 10 reps for 10sec up and 10sec down in a row...set one was like 5 and 5, set two was 6 and 2 and 2...only by set three did I get to 7 and 3...and set four was like 5 sets of 2...so do ya best!)
🔥3. Roll outs 10 (I have the foam roller on my shins - works well for me - BUT to real it in a bit, try rolling on your thighs, this will make it a touch simpler)
🔥4. Killer commandoes! 10 (Not shown, but you can modify by walking up and down, as opposed to what I am doing where I push up)
🔥5. Side dip and crunch 10/side
🔥6. Twist and fake-out! 10/side (Harder than they look! #trust)
🔥7. Chest combo - 20 press, followed by 10 flys

Bonus (ya know, cuz if ya get this far bravo for you): I did some body comparing today...stupid i know...but I almost did not want to post this bc of it...then I was like nah...its a killer workout and even if my body isn't "perfect" in my mind's eye, its pretty freakin' cool cuz I have the privilege of moving, the privilege of sharing that movement, and hopefully the #privilege of #inspiring others to do the same. Be proud of your body, its a gift and one that ought to be cherished and respected. Give it a little movement, #challenge it, have some fun letting it play from time to time, and remember its the thing that keep you here on Earth...you know...physically speaking, so #love it!

A question for you. Are you super active and compliant with your calories and macros? Are you even lifting weights and getting your steps and NEAT exercise daily? Are certain parts of you quite lean (boobs lol) but others just won’t budge? That was me a few years ago. Doing long distance tris- swimming, biking, running, weights, spin classes! Eating so ‘well’-,I’d never even eat cake even on my own bday (honestly, I’m still not at that stage as I’m not a sweets fan, but I’m understanding carbs now) So, what have I changed? When I’m in the gym, I lift heavy- what I’ve got in me on the day and I am very structured with my food and gym time. I get up at 4am - so bed time is 8pm- if I miss it, my stress levels spike. Baths after spin and adaptogens such as ashwaghanda to counteract the effects of around 16 hours bike time a week. Eating my calories per day- not under eating!
