Открывал ужин гастро-коктейлем «Ваби Саби», подаётся с живым гребешком 🌊

With killer dishes such as Seared Diver Scallops (w/ root vegetable soffrito) as well as roasted Brussels Sprouts (w/ Calabrian chilies), each one was unique and well executed. Not to mention, the ambiance couldn’t be more warm and inviting. It’s definitely a solid spot for dinner with friends or date night.
Someday you might have a black truffle and you need a recipe for that day
1. Brown 6tbsp of butter and toss in 8oz of noodle of your choice. Fold in 6oz of cubed robiola cheese and serve with fresh cracked black pepper
2. When in doubt shave truffle on anything and everything🤤
