I dunno what's with me lately. If you know me and have seen my food before I started this, I cook almost entirely from scratch. Lately I've just not been feeling it. Or it could be because I have access to stores that sell vegan products like this for very affordable prices. Plus, I also have to consider what my husband will eat. He's omni but will eat a lot of vegan and vegetarian foods. Way more than I ever expected him to. It's easier and more price conscious if I make a dinner that we will both eat. This supper was less than $10 for both of us and tasted just as good as any burger place (yes, even better than Five Guys).
