In a rush so picture ain’t priddy but off to gym in an hour so needed early lunch so warmed up my homemade tomato soup, added pre steamed broccoli, chopped Asian tofu and lashings of hot pepper sauce and a bit of bread. Combing all these took a bowl of soups macros to: #PROTEIN 32g #CARBS 63g FAT 13g #veganbodybuilding
Utter perfection. My vegan whole grain pasta with vegan homemade Alfredo sauce, artichokes hearts and peas. The sprinkle of smoky paprika was the finishing touch. Garlic and pepper added to the plethora of flavors bursting here. #healthylifestyle#wickedhealthy#vegan#plantpusher 🤪😋

After having an antiques shop for years, Zeynep decided she needed a change in her life. She decided to convert the space into a cafe, although she does still keep a few antics and sells them from time to time.
To begin with she decided to just cook a few local dishes daily and build on that if the demand grew. Well, not only did the demand grow for her delicious food, but some customer's started demanding vegan food! So her vegan journey began! Isn't that cool?! :)
Yesterday I was invited for a local tea and the most amazing "melt in your mouth" cookie balls 🤤
They reminded me of "Polvorones", a christmas treat im Spain 🇪🇸
I was meant to be cooking up a fusion feast here last Saturday at this colourful abode, but I had to cancel unfortunately, due to flu 🤒 which left me spending 3 days in bed of my 4 in Istanbul 😩
The good news though is that we will be collaborating & hosting an official Nomadic Supper Club here in the near future! I will be back for you Istanbul 😜

By popular demand here’s the recipe for these:
#Vegan Oreo Truffles
Oreo Truffles: makes around 30 balls
2 packs Oreos (any flavour)
170g tub Free From dairy free cream cheese (Sainsbury’s)
1 bar free from white chocolate (Sainsbury’s)
1 bar 70% dark choc
Blitz Oreos in food processor to make “soil”
Add cream cheese
Process until makes a sticky ball
Line a plate,or some shit that will fit in your freezer, with parchment
Make small-ish balls of the mixture (should make around 30 balls)
Freeze for about 15/20 mins
Meanwhile melt the dark and white choc in separate bowl
Cover half the balls in white and half in dark by lobbing one ball at a time into the choc, flip around with a fork and then transfer into parchment (the choc almost sets straight away)
Drizzle the opposite colour choc over the balls with the fork from a height
Freeze again for a bit- boom, sexy bastard Oreo balls!
Feeling nostalgic wanting to wander the shire woods back home in search of the forest meats to make these bad boys again!! The smell of the earth and the vastness of the PNW forests are breathtaking, beautiful and calming.
