The noodles are housemade in Vancouver and shipped directly. They have a great chew and texture. The meat is nice and tender. The broth in the one I got (Champion beef shank with thin noodle and the darker broth was much better than the clear broth in my opinion. It was darker and had more flavour. They also have housemade chili in oil which you can buy in jars! Amps up the broth. Pretty good for 14-17$ bowls!)
