The weather was too beautiful to workout inside so I found the nearest place to Gable’s wrestling practice to get some movement in.

I will always be a summer girl. But I am loving these gorgeous fall days.
It’s been a struggle waking up in the morning.
So I’ve come home and got a great outdoor workout in.
I followed it up with cardio, of course.
As I say, don’t forget cardio.
Today’s workout was another full body one with a slight focus on that bootay.
Here’s the workout:
1️⃣ Pushups 4x20
2️⃣ Commandos 4x20 (total)
3️⃣ Jump start 4x10 (each side)
4️⃣ Raised leg push-up 4x12 (total)
5️⃣ Elbow plank to leg lift 4x30 seconds (each leg)
6️⃣ Sumo squats 4x15
