Do you think that it is easier to hate then to love? It is easier to see our own pain and story then to get tangled up with other peoples. We are always protecting ourselves and it can be difficult to put the weapons down and our hands up. I know because I’m the same. Anger is loud, and we want to yell (be heard) over the other side. It’s a crazy revelation to realize everyone truly thinks they are right. Hard consequences for our current societal and political climate.
One of my favorite recent podcasts is the TED radio hour, and there’s one called “why do we hate?” It’s quite a relevant one for our current climate and I actually found the podcast on YouTube too. So what do you think?
