MONDAY!! do you like Mondays?? Well, if you don't your about too! 😁
Mondays are the beginning of a new week. Most people tend to use Mondays as a starting point to begin a fitness routine, weight loss program, begin eating healthy, a new job, a new adventure in life, etc..Whatever it may be and if Monday is your starting point then stick to what you say and START!! Otherwise, I do not suggest you use Monday for that at all because most fall into the yo-yo trap I once did. "Oh, I'll start Monday" OR "I'll start next Monday" OR "there are 3 more Mondays, I'll start then...blah blah bahahaha!! How about you just do this.....START TODAY, START NOW! It doesn't matter what day it is, what month or holiday or year is coming. I am telling you the longer you wait, the longer it takes you to reach those goals you have been making excuses about. It doesn't matter if it's a Monday or a stinking Friday. Just please do something great for yourself and get'er done so you can be proud and feel awe-mazing for YOU!
