You can't out exercise a bad diet!
This weekend was not my best in the eating department. I felt it this morning too! I was tired, grumpy, a little stressed out, and just felt plain poopy.
Luckily, it isn't something I do all the time. I don't want to feel like that all the time, and I certainly don't want the body that comes with it!
Not only did I force myself to get that workout in today, but I am back to my healthy foods too!
Anyone else suffering from a food hangover today?
