Fair winds and following seas my love...know that I carry your heart with me...always. And that our boys will miss you dearly and we will all tell our little one how much you love them...we will pray everyday for you and wish on the stars every night until the spring when you return that things will go smoothly and quickly for all.
As we watched the ship head out on this beautiful Washington day, there were so many emotions. This image of our boys watching you cruise by while holding the baby’s Daddy Bear and flags makes me so proud and full. Telling the boys that their hearts ache because they love you so much and you love them even more. We both do. Know that you are loved more than you will ever be able to imagine, by us, our family and friends. We are grateful to each and every one of you. The support is endless. And makes our life possible. A life we love and embrace. An adventure that is beyond imagination...full of love, laughter, some tears, more laughter and so many little moments that we cherish the most. We are forever grateful.
May you and all of the sailors on the USS John C. Stennis and all the men and women who serve our great country be safe and return home with a stronger and better perspective on life, knowing that what you do for our country makes a difference in the lives of so many. We are proud of you all.
Deployments are a time to put things into perspective, to fall in love again, cherish your family, to not take the little things for granted and to truly look around and see all the goodness we have. When our hearts ache for you, I am grateful, it simply means we love you and miss you. So incredibly much.
We love you Gator! We are here for you always! Thank you for everything you do for our family. And tomorrow when we wake up, we are one day closer to welcoming you home!!! All our love. God Bless. Godspeed.

😳😬 I’ve been in desperate need of some hair magic! Tonight is FINALLY the night I try out a new salon and new stylists. THIS IS SCARY! .
😨😦 For those that don’t move around much, you may not understand this… But for those of us that do, starting over in a new place brings on a bunch of new challenges. We have to find a new doctor, dentist, pediatrician, veterinarian, chiropractor, grocery store, and yes… We have to find a new place to get our hair did too! . .
🙏🏻🤞🏻 It’s a big leap of faith putting your bodies, hair, and more... in the hands of someone new, but change is a good thing, right? .
🤘🏻 Here goes nothing! Not gonna let fear stop me from moving forward! .
