My fav way to use frozen bananas isn’t nicecream or bread...it’s these super yummy granola bars! 👩🏼🍳 In a bowl add 2 cups puffed quinoa
1 cup oats
1/2 cup roughly chopped almonds
In a mini food processor blend 2 thawed bananas
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Pour over other ingredients and mix!
I then dump it on a silpat mat and form into a rectangle. Bake at 355 for 20 min, cool slightly and then slice! Now you can leave them as is or melt chocolate with a little coconut oil and get dipping! Use whatever toppings you wish! We love raisins, pepitas, coconut, sunflower seeds...or all of the above at once 🤷🏼♀️! Harden in fridge then transfer to a covered container and store in the fridge for a week! Yummmmmmm! 🍫
