Doing my BOOK OF THE MONTH two days early because I am just so excited to let you guys know about this one! 🤓
Frank Foley was a British intelligence officer working undercover in pre-war Nazi Germany, where he saved over 10,000 Jews from the Holocaust.
At great personal risk, he even hid people in his own home and went into concentration camps to rescue people.
I fully recommend visiting the statue of Foley, designed by Birmingham artist Andy de Comyn, in Mary Stevens Park, Stourbridge, where Foley lived out his retirement.
It was fantastic to see HRH the Duke of Cambridge to unveil the statue of this great British hero. 🇬🇧🎖️
