GIVE ME ALL THE CARBS!!!
Recently I have been craving every carb known to man (ok maybes not). Of course they are classified as “healthy” carbs such as oats, gf whole grain bread, rice cakes, sweet potatoes, reg potatoes, etc, etc, ETC!
Don’t be afraid to eat carbs. They provide your body with so much needed fuel to thrive through your day. I’m typing this as I ate a whole sweet potato and yellow squash😂😂👏🏻
