Day 10 : today was a great day ,yes I had a 0.6lbs gain but back on track . Have alot to be thankful . Im feeling a little anxious about what the future holds but im trying to stay as positive as possible . Life is good .❤

I’m on the hunt for a new gym closer to my job. First stop Anytime Fitness. Has anyone tried Anytime Fitness, if so, what are your thoughts?
I’m not all that excited about it because :
1. You have to be locked into a contract.
2. NO lockers or locker room ummmm where they do that at??!!
3. Currently only offering 3 classes
4. No steam room/sauna
5. A little expensive to say they not offering much.

5 medium fresh beets (about 2 pounds)
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons champagne vinegar or rice vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, quartered
2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh mint, divided
Scrub beets; trim tops to 1 in. Place in a single layer in a large microwave-safe dish. Drizzle with water. Microwave, covered, on high 14-15 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork, turning once; let stand 5 minutes.
When cool enough to handle, peel and cut beets into 3/4-in. pieces. In a bowl, whisk vinegar, oil, salt and pepper until blended. Add olives, beets and 1 tablespoon mint; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour or until cold. Top with remaining mint.

Day 9 : going to try my best not to ramble .
So today is not a typical day , im not going to say a bad day because ive noticed a few small changes that I am very proud of . So here we go.
My son has been sick for a couple days after much needed rest and relaxation he is doing much better but today he missed his family picnic so I decided to take him to subway like hes been asking .
Now this is where the "poor" decisions come in . Did I also need to get a sub just because the veggie patty is back ?... no ! Did i need to make it a foot long? helllll no ! But these are the decisions I made.
But this is where ive noticed a major change , normally when i go off track i will derail my entire day . Id then Binge on anything i could get my hands on and beat myself up for 3-4 days before getting back on track .BUT NOT TODAY.
My next meal was 100% to plan ! I drank my water and I stayed under my calorie intake . I went out for a walk with my little family and my niece (not going to have many more nice fall days). SO TODAY WAS NOT A FAILURE ,I AM NOT A FAILURE!❤ a small bump but I am proud of this change I am Human !❤ Happy humpday everyone. Take time to reflex on the small changes😊
