Picked up this new protein bar the other night at work. I was on a late break and was hungry but didn’t want to eat a lettuce burger or something heavy so late at night. Spotted this at 711. Have you had it before? Super yummy and filling but some of the ingredients are less than desirable. My stomach can’t handle the Maltitol too often...😜💩 They are good in a pinch at the airport once in a while and they taste way better than Quest or One bars. 4 boneless chicken breast
4 cloves of garlic
8 oz chopped mushrooms
9 tbs Kerry gold butter
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan

Numbers are off but these are higher than real life. I tracked the fat blob that I made and didn’t eat all of it.
Fasted 16 hours, left over chicken fried cauliflower & bacon cheese burger with veggies for dinner! Fast starts NOW!

🍂 #Fall Keto Dinner 🍂 Juicy Pork Tenderloin ▪️ Butternut Squash & Chorizo Hash ▪️ Grain Mustard Cream Sauce
Yum! See below ⤵️ for #Recipes! This was a truly delicious dinner, perfect for a chilly fall evening. The pork was so juicy, and the hash was sweet and spicy.
✍️ RECIPE: Butternut Squash & Chorizo Hash
1. Finely chop one onion. Peel, slice, and chop 1/2 butternut squash into even cubes.
2. Heat up a cast iron pan with 3 TBS butter. Once hot, put in the onion and squash. And sauté for 3 minutes or so. Add salt and pepper.
4. Add 4 oz of uncooked chorizo (I used @caciqueinc brand, found at @walmart). Continue sautéing for about 10 minutes. Don’t stir too much, because you want to develop some color and crunch.
5. Taste if it needs salt. And serve.
✍️ RECIPE: Sous Vide Pork Tenderloin
1. First, salt and pepper one whole pork tenderloin.
2. Place in vacuum bag. Place two sprigs of rosemary on the length of the pork. Add 4 TBS of fat (I used duck fat, but olive oil, butter, or bacon fat would also work). Seal vacuum bag.
3. Cook Sous Vide for 2 hours @ 135F.
4. Place a cast iron pan on high heat. Remove pork from vacuum bag and pat dry with a paper towel. Discard rosemary.
5. Salt again, and sauté in butter on high until all sides have a nice brown color.
6. Let rest for 5 minutes. Slice. And serve!
✍️ RECIPE: Easy Mustard Cream Sauce
1. In a small saucepan, add 3 TBS butter and 1/2C heavy cream. Warm on medium heat and add 1 TBS whole grain Dijon mustard. Add 1/4C shredded mozzarella.
2. Stir with a whisk until sauce is thick. Add salt to taste.
I call this “Deconstructed Lasagna” and it’s DELICIOUS!!! It is so simple and easily one of my favorites when I’m wanting “Italian” or spaghetti. It’s mild Italian sausage, lowest carb tomato sauce I can find, ricotta, broccoli and some mozzarella on top cuz I am a cheeseaholic!!! #ketodinnerideas
A blonde, a brunette and a red head walk into a bar..... 😂😜 Or rather, a brunette decides a year ago that she wasn't getting what she wanted out of her health and her business and chose to take a leap of faith in the hopes for something better. Then 2 months later, the blonde who had been doing the same business was ALSO not feeling fulfilled and NOT getting answers with her health and how crappy she felt, so took a huge leap of faith and joined that brunette. Then two months after THAT, the red head, who had been following the blonde on her journey with her thyroid health and connecting through messages about how stuck she also felt with her health and not feeling like she SHOULD feel with how clean she was eating and how often she was working out....and ALSO decided to take a risk and leave her comfort zone of what she'd known for 2.5 years in the hopes of just FEELING GOOD and HEALTHY...instead of just looking the part on the outside...! And here they are, gathered together. Not only did ALL of them get above and beyond what they had hoped for in their health....but they've gotten to find a tribe of others who were ALSO sick of just getting the bare minimum in life, reached out for more, and were rewarded with better health AND better business' than they literally could have imagined....!! So today on #womancrushwednesday ...all I have to say is CHEERS to the women who have gone before me. Who decided to say "screw it" to what others might think and said, "I WANT BETTER THAN THIS"....and decided to TAKE THAT RISK. So that others like me could have the courage to ALSO leave behind mediocre for AMAZING. And that I could get the opportunity to pave the way for OTHER women to see that it could be done and do the same...!! 🙏🏻🙌🏻😍💃👊🏻 I could NOT be more thankful for the life I have been given through being given my ENERGY and HEALTH for the first time since I can remember, and for getting to join this tribe of some of the most incredible people I've ever met. ...and I can't WAIT to see who decides to take that leap and join me next....!! It’s Meatball Madness today in our house! I love making different meatball recipes just to change them up every once in a while. My husband and I LOVE Italian food! It’s so easy to make keto Italian. You just have to swap out the carb sides for vegetables.
Yesterday, my youngest and I harvested out all of our basil from my herb garden. Once our house was filled with the amazing scent of basil, I just knew we needed to make meatballs! Today I made a very large batch for my husband and I to have for dinner. We will be freezing the rest so when we are hungry for some, we can just de thaw and cook in the oven for a couple minutes.
Keto Basil Italian Meatballs
Makes about 30 large meatballs 😂 (like I said, we will be freezing some....) Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound ground turkey
12 oz mild Italian sausage
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup fine almond flour
1 small onion minced
2 garlic minced
1/2 cup fresh minced basil
1 teaspoon fresh oregano
1 teaspoon salt
Ground pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Line two baking sheets with foil.
2. Combine all ingredients in a big bowl. Make sure it’s well mixed!
3. Bake for about 30-35 minutes.
4. Top with any low carb sauce. We make our own!
Just because it says #keto it doesn’t mean anything, I saw these at Walmart and got all hyped up but then saw the carbs on these and it has one more than my regular serving of half and half. I was expecting no carbs at all I have seen creamers with #zerocarbs 🤨 oh well!! Lesson learned... what do you think 💭.. #lowcarb

I’m loving this house seasoning from @tinylittlechef 🎉It’s the perfect combo of salt, pepper, and garlic flavor all in one, and it’s powdered so it packs a punch and doesn’t taste gritty!
