HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?? I was going to my wine making event which is in a warehouse, so I was going to wear long pants since its cooler now. When I tried on these 3 pairs of jeans they were all to big. I thought “ Wow! They fit last winter”. I haven’t even been trying to lose weight. What has happened is I’ve found food that nourish and work for ME, and new habits that work for ME! I haven’t lost much more weight since last winter, though my body shape has changed. How awesome is that? No diets or deprivation!
