This is one of my favorite 2 ingredient meals
• 1 ring of smoked sausage sliced • 3 peppers. I use the multicolor pack
That’s it! Throw them in a pan, let the peppers get soft and everything a nice almost char. .
They’re perfect on their own but if you wanted to make a heartier mean you could serve over cauliflower rice or add an avocado. Both would be great!
