this was a tough one. but i decided on lobster ravioli (from a little italian restaurant down the street from where we used to live), because it’s the one thing i miss that doesn’t have a keto-ish version. i also love nachos. and pizza. and tacos. and burgers. and sesame chicken. and pad thai. and cheesecake. but we have managed to make acceptable substitutes for those things. if anyone has a good keto lobster ravioli recipe, hit me up. Today is our Anniversary and Chad is taking me to a movie and out to eat. I made these little fat bombs to sneak into the theater so I don’t have to worry about getting popcorn. They aren’t too sweet because they have peanut butter which isn’t sweet to me. Hopefully they are even better frozen!
4 oz of cream cheese -room temp
1/4 cup of PB
2 tbsp sweetener
1 tbsp baking cocoa - I used ghirardelli 100% cocoa
Mix all of that and form 12 small balls. I took 1.5 tbsp of dark chocolate chips and crushed them to roll some of them in. The balls with no choco chip crumbs are 1 net carb each and the ones with are 2.25 net carbs each

This statement from @drericberg says it all. Pretty awesome concept that your body legit turns into a 24 hour fat burning machine! It’s is completely unnecessary to destroy yourself in the gym. Being in ketosis will shred the fat for you! 👊🏼💯
Just watching the transformation unfold...the top pics were from several years ago when i was at my absolute heaviest. Though my weight is only about 30lbs less than in the top pics, I’ve toned a lot! Progress is progress nonetheless!! 💪🏾

Day 1 of my Keto change and I tried a breakfast recipe I came across. I was super excited about “pumpkin pancakes”🤗🤗 (almond flour, eggs, pumpkin, stevia liquid drops, baking powder)....so I figured let’s start with them........unfortunately this recipe (or combination of foods) is a No NO for me 😔.......my taste buds will not allow me to eat this..... on a positive note, I did enjoy the bulletproof coffee (coffee, mct oil, cinnamon, splash of heavy cream, & French vanilla torani syrup) it’s an unusual taste but not bad.
