Cauliflower rice with tomato sauce & chicken fried 🍅🍚🍗.
This cauliflower rice is really delicious.

⏰Preparation time: 5 minutes.
🍵Cook time: 15 minutes.
⏳Total time: 20 minutes.
🍽Servings: 2 or 3.
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion(chopped)
2 tomatoes (grated)
2 tbsp homemade tomato sauce
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp pink salt
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp curry spice
1/3 cup chicken water or water
1 lemon (to juice)
1) put the stewpan on the heat, add water, after boiling add cauliflower, let to boiling for 3 minutes in the water.
2) after that, empty it in the basket and rinse it with cold water.
3) Then, after drying, you should grate it.
4) put a pan over medium heat, melt butter and add olive oil, chopped onion fry it then add grated tomato,homemade tomato souce, pink salt, red chili powder, turmeric, paprika powder, curry spice, lemon juice & chicken water and stir them together.
5) now add grated cauliflower to mixture, fry them and stir slowly all them together, after 10 minutes it’s ready to eat.
