I can't say enough how much happier and better I feel when I am eating intuitively for my body. Some ask what does that mean? To eat intuitively? It simply means to listen to your body. Are you really hungry or eating out of boredom? When you make a Decision what to eat... Is it what you are wanting or is it the only option. Look at each meal and make sure its what you want and enjoy it. You should like how it looks and smells and tastes. Enjoy each bite and savor it and only eat until you are satisfied. It may be alot or not much at all. Each day and meal is different. You might eat alot one day and barely anything the next. It depends on your daily activities what your body needs. Always make sure you are eating whole unprocessed foods and your body will thank you. It doesn't happen overnight to understand your body. It takes time and patience but it's so worth it once you become in tune with it. I always see how I'm feeling after I eat anything. Am I bloated? Uncomfortable? How's my energy? Am I tired or am I able to go on? We should have good energy after we eat. Food is fuel and we are what we eat or rather what our body absorbs. If our digestion is healthy we are going to feel amazing 😊. I personally have never felt better and I am enjoying everything I eat and drink! How do you eat intuitively??? Hi guys! So after years of having trouble with my weight, I tried Keto and it works! I started seeing and feeling the changes which motivated me to go on. .
Since I started this diet, I've received a lot of messages and a lot of questions from family, friends and acquaintances asking what exactly the diet is about. Chunky Butternut Squash Mash & Peppered Chicken Gizzard -
I fried the butternut squash in the air-fryer then I mashed it, I added 1 1/2 tbsp of @hunterandgatheruk Mayo I got from @ingfit then 1 1/2tbsp of Sriracha Sauce and a pinch of salt.
It was divineeeeeee! 👅
