No matter how many sit ups you do, if you're chowing down on fries and cookies all the time, the abs won't show. 🤷🏾♀️
I've been trying to do an ab circuit a couple times a week, and I can see the abs peaking out! Consistency is key, we'll see what happens after I stick to it for a month 😊.
