Today is my Two Month Keto Anniversary. I have been gaining and loosing the same few pounds, and then was stuck at 150 for most of the month, but today I am exactly where I stopped at the end of the first month (149 Ibs, I am 5’10 1/2”). I know exactly what I did wrong and how to fix it:
1. Don’t keep chocolate in the house except 100% dark and unsweetened. - I can’t control my sugar cravings even when I have very dark chocolate of 85-95%.
2. Intermittent Fasting - I haven’t been doing it consistently.
3. Stay away from Erythritol - it gives me sugar cravings!
4. Don’t cheat - I ate things I shouldn’t have at least 3 times 😔. Anyway, I seem to be back on track with good blood glucose and ketones and determined 💪!
