My biggest fear starting keto was how could I stop eating all of the sweet foods I normally would- lollies, chocolate, ice cream, cocktails etc, but it turns out that there’s so many sweet things you can eat, that aren’t going to load you up with sugar and carbs. Last night I made this peppermint slice and I was shocked at how good it is! If you’re doing keto, they’re also good to get your fats up (and if you’re not, they taste so good anyway and don’t have any hidden nasties!) Three ingredients, about half an hour and it’s done! 120g 90% Lindt chocolate 🍫120g organic virgin coconut oil 🥥 and a few drops of peppermint extract 🌿 which makes 12, 20 gram servings!
