Early in September, I was here, with this view. Yellowstone National Park is one of the great geographical locations of the world, so full of diverse wildlife, natural phenomena, and scenic wonders. My wife and I almost died Christmas morning, while traveling to see family over the holiday. We lost control of our travel buddy, and good friend, a 1996 Land Rover Discovery we called "Red". We hit the ditch, backwards at a forty five degree angle, and once we caught the ditch, we were thrown into an airborne flip. We landed a good distance away, upside down. And thanks to Red's great construction, and a Christmas miracle, our gift this Christmas was another chance at life! Thankfully, today, I am able to remember adventures like these. And though I am shaken, I am not destroyed. And though I'll need a new vehicle, you can be sure it'll be a Land Rover. And, that I'll see you again, Yellowstone.
