1️⃣ WHY DO LOVE CARBOHYDRATES SO MUCH?
Specially simple carbohydrates! .

Consuming carbs has direct relation with three of our body chemicals-
➡️ BETA ENDORPHINS
2️⃣ What do they do to our body?
BETA ENDORPHIN- is 33x for pain relief than morphine. It is great to reduce emotional pain.
DOPAMINE - it give you a sort of pleasure sensation.
SEROTONIN - this hormone work as an anti anxiety hormone.
So these three all together will increase our pain physically and emotionally, increase our confidence, motivation and make us feel socially connected.
3️⃣ Where is the problem now?
The problem is " YOU ARE TRAPPED ". .
The effects of hormones last for few minutes,until things start to rebound down and then there is symptoms actually come back with more stronger and worse impact.
4️⃣ You being dependent now!
So whenever you feel low you tend to consume sugar and carbohydrates and eventually becoming dependent on them for emotional relief.
So you becoming dependent or controlled by that thing you are at the 'effect' of that thing. This is not a good situation to be in.

Tomato Pulao / Tomato Bhaath made with Riced Cauliflower alongside the new batch of Mole Coloradito con Pollo (Shredded Chicken in Oaxacan Mole with Chocolate, Garlic, Chicken Stock, Tomatoes, Onion and Cinnamon)
Recipe for Tomato Pulao
Cauliflower Rice 500gm
Optional : Mixed vegetables chopped fine (carrots, peas and beans) 50gms in total
Ripe Tomatoes 5 Nos. (blitzed to puree)
Onions 1 Medium
Garlic 5 cloves
Ginger 1 inch shredded
Long Green Chillies 3 Nos. chopped in three pieces each
Cardamom 2 Nos.
Cloves 3 Nos.
Fennel seeds 2 tsp.
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Ghee 4 tbsp
salt to taste
Heat the ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. fry the green chillies till blistered and remove. now add the optional vegetables if using and fry them till they shrink a bit and remove and set aside.
Add the whole spices and once fragrant add whole peeled garlic cloves, shredded ginger and onions. fry till onions start to discolour and add the fried green chillies. Now add the Riced Cauliflower and mix well. Add half a cup of water to the tomato puree along with the salt and add on top and mix well. Now return the optional fried vegetables and cover and cook for 20 minutes or till done.
Garnish with chopped coriander if you wish.

These are sliced egglant marinates with salt and pinch of stevia. Pan fry using olove oil. The topped with some swiss cheese and red chilli flakes.

5️⃣Try to eat in an Intermittent fasting fashion- reducing your eating window a bit might do the trick! -
6️⃣ Try carb cycling- a fun way to get the benefits of both worlds! -
