I made my Veggie Pasta Stir Fry with creamy Tahini Sauce tonight and forgot how easy it is to put together🍃I added some grilled tempeh this time for some extra protein 👌🏼posted a step-by step in my stories!
Cook half a bag of pasta spirals (I used quinoa pasta) and set aside.
Tempeh: slice one block into strips and marinate in 2 tbsp liquid aminos + 1 tsp honey + 1 tsp chili garlic sauce for 10 minutes, then cook on a heated pan with sesame oil until brown on both sides. Set aside
Using the same pan, cook 1/2 bag mixed frozen stir fry veggies in 1 tsp sesame oil, liquid aminos & garlic powder until soft, about 15 minutes.
Mix in the pasta and stir in 2 tbsp sesame paste, 1/8 cup liquid aminos, garlic powder & crushed black and mix for 2 min on high. Top with tempeh & sesame seeds
