Double egg attack sandwich.
Made for fit foodies out there with only healthy ingredients.
(No oil recipe)
Whole wheat bread -4
Tofu slices - 50 gms
Maggie masala - 1 sachet
Schezwan sauce - 2 tbs
Boiled egg whites - 2
Eggs - 4
Capsicum - 1/4
Onion - 1/2
Tomato - 1/2
Salt - as per taste
Pepper powder - as per taste
Method - Whisk 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg along maggie masala and salt in a mixing bowl.
Add the onions, capsicum and tomatoes in the egg mixture.
Heat a non- stick pan and pour the egg mixture to make an omelette.
In a sandwich maker, place the bread and tofu slices, coat it with schezwan sauce.
Place the omlette on top of it, now place the slice boiled egg whites. Sprinkle a little pepper powder on top.
Grill the sandwich in the sandwich maker.
Serve it your favourite tomato ketchup.

Quick update on Iain’s transformation.
Iain is currently 10 weeks into his programme and has already achieved fantastic results.
When I first met Iain he was frustrated at the lack of progress and results he had achieved.
He had a big goal of getting back into the shape of his life by his 50th bday but after a bad experience with a former trainer and was unsure on what he needed to do to achieve his desired results.
Not having a clear understanding of what you need to be doing or how to reach your goal is nightmare and can be seriously demotivating.
Iain didn’t know what foods he should be eating, how many calories he needed each day or the most effective way to train.
Without a game plan and understading of how you’re going to get there, you’re essentially pissing In the wind.
One of the biggest advantages Iain had was a clear, defined goal and vision of what he wanted to look and feel like.

Iain works in a very senior and demanding job where he needs be on top of his game each day.
His drive and determination is one of the biggest factors in why he’s achieved great results. He never made excuses or took short cuts.

This is not easy and is not for everyone. People say they want to get results but in reality don’t know they’re true motivations which leads to lack of focus and work ethic.
