Opinions about chili run strong and deep depending on what part of the country you live in. In Texas, it’s all meat and no beans. In Virginia, it’s mild in flavor. In Cincinnati, they eat it on noodles. And in Nebraska, a side of cinnamon rolls to dunk in your chili is mandatory!
When I married Ryan, we brought together two opposing chili heritages - the chili he makes at Christmas and his family raves over, and the chili my dad has won awards for.
I decided I needed my own version, so the best of both recipes has been combined and morphed into this Texas Steak Fajita Chili. No matter how you like your chili, I think you will find something to enjoy about this one!
