Climate change has always been an anxiety trigger for me. This anxiety only increased when I became a mother of two—a girl and a boy about 15 months apart. When the @ipcc released its recent report on #globalwarming my anxiety turned into full blown panic. But I have chosen to take action by inspiring others to do everything they can to fight for our future. This is rough and we’re just getting started, but we can’t afford to wait any longer. Please consider following us and joining the movement to inspire everyone to #cre8changenow. Link in bio.
I’m not one of those regular moms, I’m a cool mom... obviously. 🤓 We’ve been brewing up some magical creations over here at Squeak!
P.S. Our products are so natural that you don’t need goggles. I just think they really make my eyes pop. 💁🏽♀️
Electrified the Bay Area: ✅
Thanks to everyone that came to the Jaguar Electrifies Experience last week. Fans had the opportunity to climb into the driver’s seat of an all-new I-PACE to experience its 394HP on a SmartCone closed course. They also had fun taking selfies with an ultra-high-speed camera in our Electric Lounge and took a look into the future at the interactive WIRED exhibit.
The Jaguar Electrifies Experience heads to Miami on Nov. 8-11.
I spent the entire afternoon trying to stitch bags for my straws they aren't perfect but I gave it a great shot 💪😚 Grab your reusable straw set for £5 and do your bit to help save our planet 🌍🌱💙 1 set = 1straw, 1brush and 1 bag!

It's autumn! Autumn has always been my favourite season! The colours, the smells, the roasted chestnuts, the pumpkins, the mushrooms! And.... The walnuts! Walnuts are an amazing addition to an anticancer diet, and there are many studies to show it!
Mouse studies in which walnuts were added to the diet have shown the following compared with the control diet: 1) the walnut-containing diet inhibited the growth rate of human breast cancers implanted in nude mice by ∼80%; 2) the walnut-containing diet reduced the number of mammary gland tumors by ∼60% in a transgenic mouse model; 3) the reduction in mammary gland tumors was greater with whole walnuts than with a diet containing the same amount of n–3 fatty acids, supporting the idea that multiple components in walnuts additively or synergistically contribute to cancer suppression; and 4) walnuts slowed the growth of prostate, colon, and renal cancers by antiproliferative and antiangiogenic mechanisms. Cell studies have aided in the identification of the active components in walnuts and of their mechanisms of action. This review summarizes these studies and presents the notion that walnuts may be included as a cancer-preventive choice in a healthy diet. If you decide to harvest them yourself like me, just be sure to wear gloves as they will stain! 😂 #lessonslearnedtoolate
