Many people who decide to loss weight automatically turn to traditional cardio, unhealthy limited food intakes, and dietary supplements. It is better to run in a caloric deficit of a complete nutritional intake and exercise because in reality there is no quick fix just determination and work for long term success.

Prepping: 10 min warmup
Session: 3-5 rounds for time or reps resting 1-3 min after each circuit
How to end :10 min cool down
Note: all the above exercises can be modified to fit anyone. There are also many different circuit combinations that can be just as effective. But when picking your circuit make it challenging as I was told when I was learning my foundation in fitness from my mentor was to keep one exercise in each session that you hate to do! Why? Because usually if you hate it it is difficult and you can overcome anything through perseverance.
