THIS IS THE BEST FRENCH TOAST EVER AND YOU ALL NEED TO TRY IT ASAP!!! 😍
You can get this from @wacafelondon (only at their Covent Garden branch). Honestly this French toast was PERFECT, the bread was really soft and overall it was just a pleasure to eat. I’m sure @kingkeneats can vouch for this too.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS.
I will literally be doing my best to consume this every weekend. 🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋😍
Local street snack is one of the popular cultures in Hong Kong. Fish balls are one of my favorite street snacks and I like Lam Cheong Kee’s the most, especially with their chili oil 🤤

GF, RSF Paleo Berry Banana Bread 🍓 🍌 🍞 .
Back in my happy place of the kitchen ✨ baking up a storm 👩🏼🍳 I swear bakings pretty much like therapy 🤷🏼♀️ #mindfulness
One of the items I made today was this Delish Summer Berry & Banana Bread topped with Freshly cracked Walnuts 👌🏼
RECIPE •150 g (5 oz.) @lewisroadcreamery butter cubed (or coconut oil)
•3 ripe bananas mashed
•2 @frenzfreerangeeggs (or flax/chia eggs for vegan) •2 cups almond meal
•¾ cup walnuts chopped and 2 tbs. extra •1 tsp. 100% vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup Maple or Honey •1 tsp. baking powder
•1 tsp. Cinnamon •Handful if fresh berries (or could also add chocolate chips) .
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20cm x 10 cm (8 x 4 inch) loaf tin with baking paper.
In a mix master cream the butter, eggs and vanilla.
In a large bowl mix the almond meal, walnuts, Cinnamon and baking powder.
Add the butter mixture, and mashed bananas to dry ingredients then add berries along with any other goodies you desire (chocolate chips 😉) stir until combined.
Transfer mixture in to prepared tin, sprinkle with extra walnuts and place in to the oven for 50 minutes or until it springs back when you lightly touch the top.
Allow to cool before you turn out, slice and serve!
I Left it in a couple minutes longer so it was nice and crispy on top 👌🏼 #crunchiebits then served with @picspeanutbutter or @forty__thieves almond butter and @cathedralcovenaturals Coyo (or your favourite yogurt/ricotta/cream cheese) and some chopped 🍫 dark chocolate 🙏🏻 aka heaven 💕 and not to mention you’ve got yourself a nutritious fibre and healthy fats filled snack 😏
