Are you training with intent?
Especially relevent with muscle building and resistance training - if you truly want to progress you need to be willing to make it hard for yourself.
Remain in great form, holding tension through the target muscles as much as possible.
Building weights up is great but if your form suffers and you end up just going through the motions, that's when injuries can occur.
Keep yourself tight, gain strength in each range and work damn hard.
